What happens when you use the contact form

This website does not process forms on a server. When you submit the form, your device opens your own email app with a message already addressed to contact@kobywilson.com. The message is sent through your own email provider and is not stored on this website.

What data is involved

Only what you choose to write: your name, email address and message. Nothing is collected automatically before you send it.

Legal basis

Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) UK GDPR: to answer your enquiry and on the basis of a legitimate interest in replying to you.

How long messages are kept

Your message is kept only as long as needed to answer it and is then deleted as part of routine mailbox maintenance.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no analytics and no third-party tracking scripts. One strictly necessary cookie remembers your cookie choice. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts only if you accept them in the cookie banner; in that case your IP address is sent to Google so the fonts can be delivered.
